Joined Millbrook Foods in 2003, Pauline initially worked in telesales and now works in the finance department of the company. Prior to working in Millbrook Foods she worked in Gibneys of Oldcastle for 8 years within the finance division.
Joined Millbrook Foods in 2014 working in accounts receivable. Before joining the Millbrook team Erica worked in credit control for other companies and has over 20 years experience in the field.

Michael joined Millbrook as Operations Director in 2011. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant with a degree in Business Commerce. Michael spent 12 years in a multi-national property development company as Director of subsidiary companies and managing the car park division. He spent 19 years managing an Aluminium, uPVC and Glass Company with 50 employees. Michael also spent 7 years in a Big 4 Accounting firm in its Reconstruction Division.
Colin joined the Company in 2014. With over 30 years’ spent working in the Foodservice sector, Colin brings a wealth of experience to his role as General Manager at Millbrook Foods. Colin mentioned how proud he is to now be a part of a company with a long established reputation for excellence of both quality and service. Outside work Colin is an enthusiastic supporter of Leinster and Irish Rugby and a keen amateur cook.
Josy joined Millbrook Foods in 1996. Between then and now she has worked in all departments within Millbrook leading to her current position as Head of Procurement. Josy also holds a Road Haulage License and is a certified occupational first aider.
Chairman of Millbrook Foods since 2011, Ted has over 35 years experience in leadership positions spanning Marketing, Financial Services, Professional Services and Media organisations. He now works as a consultant and mentor to ambitious senior executives and holds a number of non executive director positions.
John joined the Millbrook Group in August 2014 on the retirement of John Conroy, our longstanding Finance Director. He has a wealth of experience including 10 years in the meat sector and then a similar length of time in the construction area. He is responsible for maintaining best practice in the Millbrook Group’s financial and administrative functions. He is delighted to be back in the food industry and is looking forward to playing a key role in working with the management team to grow and expand the business, while of course, keeping in mind at all times that our products must continue to be high in quality and competitively priced so as to maintain the satisfaction of our customers.
